Service Administration Assistant
Location: Kintail House, Beechwood Business Park, Inverness, IV2 3BW
Salary: £22,932 per annum

We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Health and Care Team as a Service Administration Assistant. You will be providing crucial support to a vital service.
What does a day in the life of a Service Administration Assistant involve?
- Assisting the Support Officer in providing administrative and operational support functions, as per the needs of the area and corporate requirements.
- Confidently, efficiently and professionally responding to incoming enquiries from healthcare professionals and (often vulnerable) members of the public over the phone and by email.
- Proficiently using IT systems and databases. produce well written letters and emails.
What does it take To be a successful Service Administration Assistant you must have the following skills and experience:
- Positive, passionate and enthusiastic approach to customer service
- Confident in using telephone systems, bespoke company IT/data systems, Microsoft packages & Outlook (especially the ability to create, amend and manipulate Word and Excel applications)
- General administrative duties; incoming and outgoing mail, answering the telephone and scanning, filing, meeting and greeting clients
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to deal with queries in a diplomatic, professional, sensitive and confidential manner (both verbally and in writing)
- Ability to work accurately, with great attention to detail when checking documentation
