Do you have experience developing and designing education content for a variety of audiences?
As Educational Content Manager, you would ensure that our education products are suitable for the people they are designed to help.
Our education offer is for building people's knowledge, skills and confidence which will, in turn, establish individual and community resilience.
A day in the life of an Educational Content Manager:-
- You will be responsible for the development, delivery, quality and continuous improvement of the educational content. It is a diverse range of educational products which are presented face to face and via digital technology.
- You will oversee the Content Design team to deliver high quality learning content within expected timeframes.
- You will ensure learning content is centred around user needs to achieve learning aims.
To be a successful Educational Content Manager:-
- Do you have experience developing and designing education content for different audiences? Can you use audience insight and educational research to make decisions on content development?
- Can you demonstrate an understanding of learning design and how to apply pedagogies in practice along with developing academically sound content?
- Do you have line management experience and great leadership skills?
- Do you have excellent organisational and time management skills? Are you able to manage multiple projects whilst adhering to schedules and deadlines?
This role is home based with occasional in person team meetings throughout the year. Location of the meetings depends on the needs of the team who are based throughout the country.
