Job Title: Crisis Hub Officer

Salary: £24,420 Per Annum
Hours: Role 1: Thu-Fri 10am – 6pm, Sun 1.30 – 9.30pm Role 2: Thu-Mon 5-10pm

A Day in the life of a Crisis Hub Officer looks like:
- Crisis Management: Respond swiftly and efficiently to crisis situations, providing essential support and guidance.
- Coordination: Work closely with various teams and agencies to ensure a coordinated response.
- Communication: Maintain clear and compassionate communication with individuals affected by crises, offering reassurance and practical assistance.
- Documentation: Accurately document all actions and decisions to ensure transparency and accountability.
To be a successful Crisis Hub Officer you will need:
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in crisis management or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends, as needed.
