Job Title: Digital Engagement Platform Delivery Manager
Job Location: London, Moorgate
Salary: £35,292 to £40,000 per annum based on 35 hours per week (plus ILW if applicable)
Contract Type: Permanent

What will the Digital Engagement Platform Delivery Manager's job involve?

  • Manage the end-to-end delivery of digital projects and associated technology infrastructure change within the digital engagement team.
  • Build and maintain motivated delivery teams, including third party development resource, making sure there is an iterative plan to work towards.
  • Plan projects and product enhancements in sufficient detail to ensure integration of all activities and identification of dependencies.
  • Able to take a continuous approach to planning, forecasting, estimating, managing uncertainty, metrics and measurements, contingency planning and roadmapping.
  • Ensure all necessary cross-functional resources are identified and committed to the delivery plan.
  • Communicate to ensure that all resources understand their roles and responsibilities.
  • Drive the Digital Engagement team and web development agencies to work at pace on key projects, ensuring the team are working towards delivery commitments
  • Deliver to plan, within agreed quality and cost tolerances, to required deadlines and in line with business requirements
  • Ensure all activity is compliant with relevant legislation, regulation, codes of conduct, best practice and British Red Cross policies and procedures. 

 What will the Digital Engagement Platform Delivery Manager need to be successful?

  • Strong ability to deliver Digital Projects.
  • First-rate project management, scheduling and budgeting skills.
  • Experience of Agile project management approaches.
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to develop good working relationships with external suppliers/internal departments.
  • Excellent attention to detail.
  • Highly IT literate - Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of core digital marketing techniques.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and meet tight deadlines.

The role of Digital Engagement Platform Delivery Manager sits within the Digital Engagement Team within the Marketing & Fundraising directorate.
