Job Title: Corporate and Group Volunteering Lead

Salary: £34,966 - £38,158 Per Annum based on 35 hours per week

Do you want to be part of the world's largest humanitarian network? We help people in crisis, whoever and wherever they are. We are looking for a passionate and experienced Corporate and Group Volunteering Lead to join our team and drive our corporate and group volunteering initiatives.
You will be responsible for developing and managing our corporate and group volunteering programs. You will work closely with corporate partners, community groups, and internal teams to create meaningful volunteering opportunities that align with our mission and values.
A day in the life of a Corporate and Group Volunteering Lead will involve:
- Develop and implement a strategic plan for corporate and group volunteering.
- Build and maintain connections with corporate partners and community groups.
- Design and deliver engaging volunteering activities and events.
- Coordinate with internal teams to identify volunteering needs and opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of volunteering programs, preparing regular reports.
- Promote volunteering opportunities through various channels.
- Ensure compliance with relevant policies and procedures.
To be a successful Corporate and Group Volunteering Lead, You’ll need:
- Proven experience in managing corporate and group volunteering programs.
- Strong relationship-building and networking skills.
- Excellent organizational and project management abilities.
- Effective communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work on your own and as part of a team.
- Passion for humanitarian work and the mission of the British Red Cross.
