About The Role

Location: UK Flexible
Contract type: Permanent 

 

We have an immediate opportunity for a driven individual with a keen interest in Learning and Organisation Development to join a growing team. Working on key projects and programmes, as well as being involved in the actual delivery, they will ensure all aspects of range of L & OD interventions are achieved. 
 

What you will be doing
As Learning and Organisation Development Officer, your role is key to supporting the organisation in meeting its strategic aims. You will support with ongoing coordination, administration and evaluation and ensure that internal and external stakeholders are consulted, informed and updated. 

You will also contribute to positive culture development and people engagement through your work.
 

What we are looking for
You will be a great communicator, able to facilitate learning interventions and events, engaging and supporting people to achieve desired outcomes.

With knowledge and understanding of learning and development best practice through qualification or experience, you will have:
- Experience in the co-ordination of projects with demonstrable management skills
- Experience of working across more than one project simultaneously
- Experience of collecting and analysing qualitative and quantitative data
- Experience of delivering learning interventions and events, engaging and supporting people to achieve desired outcomes 
- Excellent knowledge and experience of MS packages
- Ability to prepare and present reports and written communications including data analysis 


Closing dates for applications is 23.59 on the 1st of November 2020 with interviews to scheduled to take place on the 9th of November 2020.
