As Head of Health Delivery & Development, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping how we deliver and grow our services across the UK. You’ll ensure our systems, processes, and people are aligned to deliver high-quality, inclusive, and innovative support to those who need it most. This role connects central functions with frontline teams, ensuring collaboration, consistency, and continuous improvement across our health and care portfolio.
 
A day in the life of a Head of Health Delivery & Development will involve:
  • Leading a portfolio of teams supporting delivery, learning, practice, and innovation.
  • Overseeing service development, planning and reporting to ensure quality and impact.
  • Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to drive improvement.
  • Supporting strategic marketing, advocacy, and external engagement plans.
To be a successful Head of Health Delivery & Development, you’ll need:
  • Strong leadership skills with experience in health or social enterprise environments.
  • A strategic mindset with the ability to connect product development to business outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
  • A passion for inclusive practice and a drive for continuous improvement.
