Service Coordinator

Salary: £23,590 to £25,155 per annum (plus Inner London Weighting, £3,344, if applicable)
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Fixed Term (until 31st January 2026)

What will a day in the life of a Service Coordinator involve?
- Meeting with our service users and assessing their needs, guiding or signposting them to connect with groups or to manage a health condition. You'll enable them to lead independent lives and improve their wellbeing.
- Liaising with partnership agencies to promote the service and build meaningful links.
- Producing and maintaining monthly reports.
What do you need to be a successful Service Coordinator?
- Good communication skills.
- Sound knowledge of Health and Social Care services.
- Proven ability to deliver high quality public services.
- A full UK driving licence (held for at least 2 years) and access to a vehicle.
