About The Role

Learning and Development Officer 
Location: Manchester (hybrid role working between home and office – with the requirement to attend the Salford office approximately 2 days per week)
Hours: 35 hours per week
Contract: Permanent
Salary: £26,652 Per Annum

Could you provide engaging delivery across our suite of learning initiatives, programmes, and projects and support for Learning and Development of around 300 staff?
 
We have an exciting opportunity to join the British Red Cross as a Learning and Development Officer for Red Cross Training.

What you will be doing

The role is responsible for designing and delivering blended learning and development solutions across Red Cross Training. This involves acting as an adviser to operational managers and staff on all aspects of learning and development.

What we are looking for

You will have knowledge of learning and development best practice with the ability to deliver and facilitate engaging learning using a blended learning approach

You will be a great communicator with the ability to coach and develop others. Ideally, you will have knowledge of various digital platforms.
