Digital Engagement Executive 
Location: UK Flexible (hybrid working between home and office)
Permanent Contract
Hours per week: 35 (typically Mon – Fri)

You’ll work as the right-hand person to our Senior Digital Engagement Planning & Strategy Manager, also providing seamless support to the wider team. This is a specialist role within the Digital Engagement team. You’ll be responsible for the delivery of different digital engagement activities that the Digital Engagement Hub is responsible for. You’ll coordinate the digital campaigns calendar, manage the day-to-day tasks, as well as the delivery of the digital upskilling program.

What will a day in the life of our Digital Engagement Executive entail? You'll:
  • Manage the digital campaigns calendar. Ensuring its always updated and accessible to internal and external stakeholders.
  • Support the day-to-day development and implementation of the digital upskilling program. Develop and implement skill-sharing opportunities within the Digital Engagement Hub and the Marketing and Fundraising teams through initiatives such as Lunch & Learn and skill shares.
  • Deliver high-quality administrative and business support in a fast-paced environment. You’ll handle a high volume of work, prioritising and managing requests effectively.
  • Develop and send the Team Newsletter on a regular basis. You’ll ensure its engaging content is developed in collaboration with digital leads and specialists.
  • Reconcile expenses and raise purchase orders. Proactively managing diaries and logistics.
  • Act as a central point of contact for your team, ensuring confidentiality and discretion.
The role of Digital Engagement Executive might be for you if you have:
  • Proven excellence in assisting senior Managers, encompassing business support, diary and inbox management.
  • Ability to write engaging content for online platforms and tools, especially newsletters. Ability to tell compelling stories and influence decision makers.
  • Knowledge of skill sharing and digital marketing upskilling. 
  • Understanding of the different marketing acquisition and retention channels (including direct and digital marketing), fundraising products and reporting methods.
  • Effective time management and prioritisation skills, proactively managing both personal and supported schedules.
  • Strong written and oral communication skills, including drafting and coordinating briefings, presentations, and reports.
  • Demonstrated people skills with tact, diplomacy, and an assurance to upholding confidentiality.
  • Collaborative team player, accustomed to working with high levels of delegated authority, autonomy, and confidentiality.
