We have an exciting opportunity for a Project Coordinator to join our Family Reunion Team, based in Glasgow and working in locations across Scotland.

We are on the lookout for someone who possesses a passion for making a real difference and the ability to develop, coordinate, and deliver our new project for reunited refugee families aiming to build a preventative approach to family reunion work in Scotland.

A day in the life of a Project Co-ordinator will involve:

  • Being responsible for managing and developing our outreach work on family reunion in Scotland to newly granted refugees and asylum seekers.
  • Working closely with local authorities, third sector organisations and people with lived experience to co-produce materials and deliver face to face sessions on refugee family reunion.
  • Working flexibly (include home working is expected) based in Glasgow.
To be a successful Project Coordinator you will have:
  • Great organisational skills – planning, managing and monitoring own and others workload
  • English language proficiency; can grasp the main ideas of complex text including technical discussions in their field of specialization.
  • Excellent communication skills both to groups and one to one.
