About The Role

Marketing Manager, Brand and Heritage
Location: Hybrid (with typically 1 day per week in our London Office, EC2Y 9AL)
Hours: 35 hours per week
up to 12 months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity cover)
Salary: £37,483 - £39,014 per annum  (plus ILW, £3,344, if residing & working in London)

Collaborating with corporate partners on joint brand activities and integrating our new "Here for humanity" brand proposition throughout the organisation. In the Marketing and Fundraising Directorate, you'll help us achieve an annual net income growth of £30 million by 2030. You'll amplify the impact of our vital work.

Wondering about what a day in the life of a Marketing Manager looks like? Here’s what you’ll be delivering:

  • Campaign Coordination: You’ll work closely with the Senior Marketing Manager for Brand and Heritage. Overseeing brand and advertising activities, making sure they’re delivered on time, within budget, and with impact. You’ll also assist in the creative development and evaluation of multi-channel campaigns.
  • Brand Support: You are a brand ambassador. You’ll promote the brand team and tools, manage internal communications, and respond to brand-related queries.
  • Cross-Organisational Collaboration: Working across teams you’ll align efforts, deliver content, and drive impactful campaigns to maximise effectiveness.
To be a successful Marketing Manager, you’ll need the following:
  • Expertise in branding. Strong creative judgment and the ability to empower colleagues in effective brand usage.
  • Skill in supporting and delivering multi-channel campaigns with creative and media agencies. Along with experience in creative development and asset management.
  • Proficiency in project management, with the capability to coordinate complex schedules.
  • Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience in embedding and integrating brand principles across various activities.
  • Competence in evaluating marketing activities, driving improvements, and providing actionable recommendations.
