We’re on the lookout for a dynamic Shop Manager to head up our welcoming charity shop in the heart of Guernsey. This is your chance to bring your retail expertise to a role that’s all about community spirit, compassion, and making a difference.

What will a day in the life of a Shop Manager involve?
  • Leading a team to deliver an outstanding shopping experience.
  • Managing both front-of-house and behind-the-scenes operations.
  • Creating an engaging shop layout that connects customers to our cause.
  • Meeting financial targets and overseeing staff and volunteer training.
  • Representing the British Red Cross with professionalism and heart.
To be a successful Shop Manager, what will you need?
  • Retail experience at a supervisory level, with strong customer service and cash handling skills.
  • Proven ability to lead, motivate, and develop a team.
  • A results-driven mindset with entrepreneurial flair.
  • Solid IT skills and confidence using a PC.
  • Passion for the British Red Cross mission and the ability to promote the shop locally as the go-to charity retailer.
