About The Role

Senior Partnerships Marketing Executive 
Location: Flexible, with an expectation to attend the London office a set number of days each month. The required days will depend on your contract type and home location to support a strong, collaborative team culture.
Salary: £31,602 to £33,024 per annum (plus ILW, if residing & working in London) 
Hours: 35 per week
Contract: Fixed term contract (12 months maternity cover)

In this role, you’ll lead the creation and delivery of integrated marketing campaigns that champion our brand and support key organisational priorities. You’ll work closely with internal teams and external partners to shape strategies using audience insight, ensuring campaigns are innovative, inclusive, and aligned with our five-year brand vision. From planning and creative briefing to evaluation and continuous improvement, you’ll influence best practice and optimise impact across multiple channels. Managing budgets and supplier relationships will be part of your remit, alongside driving collaboration and sharing learnings that strengthen future activity. This is an opportunity to combine creativity, data-driven thinking, and stakeholder engagement to help spread the power of kindness.
 
What will a day in the life of a Senior Partnerships Marketing Executive involve?
  • Leading the planning and delivery of integrated campaigns from concept through to evaluation.
  • Advising stakeholders with evidence-based recommendations to maximise campaign impact.
  • Building strong relationships with internal teams, agencies, and partners for collaborative success.
  • Using audience insights and market trends to shape strategies and drive innovation.
  • Managing campaign budgets and supplier decisions with accuracy and compliance.
  • Briefing creative teams to ensure assets are accessible, relevant, and aligned with our brand.
To be a successful Senior Partnerships Marketing Executive, what will you need?
  • Proven experience leading strategic marketing initiatives with measurable results.
  • Ability to design and deliver integrated marketing strategies from planning to evaluation.
  • Strong conceptual thinking and problem-solving skills to create innovative solutions.
  • Experience managing budgets and overseeing suppliers effectively.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills with the ability to influence outcomes.
  • Knowledge of owned, earned, and paid marketing channels and tools.
