About The Role

Senior Digital Marketing Executive 
Job Location: British Red Cross, Salford, Manchester M50 2GT 
Contract Type: Permanent
Hours: 35 per week 
Salary: £26,500 per annum


Do you have a desire to play a significant role in the development of digital marketing? Can you support the Red Cross Training to drive bookings and revenue? 
As our Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you will encourage innovation and grow skills, experience and knowledge. Also, you will manage specific online channels with the objective of driving bookings and revenue. 
You will support the Digital Manager with implementing marketing plans and site development of all aspects of online marketing and website campaigns. This will include new media technology (video & mobile). 

A day in the life of a Senior Digital Marketing Executive: 
You will develop and implement digital marketing campaigns across various channels such as email, social media (Paid Social), search engines (PPC), and display advertising.
You will develop and implement CRM automation strategies to improve customer interactions, increase conversion rates and drive revenue growth. 
You will collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to work on website-based projects with tight timelines and resources. 
You will project manage inbound marketing campaigns and other projects. Along with planning and monitoring of ongoing company presence on social media and maintaining partnerships with media agencies and vendors. 
You will provide creative, data-driven ideas for new content creation. You will implement regular website content updates, implementing internal linking strategies. You will ensure all content is aligned with brand guidelines and is consistent across channels.

To be a successful Senior Digital Marketing Executive, you’ll need: 
  • Proven experience in B2B Digital Marketing as well as an excellent understanding of email marketing, paid social, inbound marketing, SEO/SEM and link building. 
  • Strong organisational and project management skills to effectively plan, execute and prioritise time sensitive website related tasks and projects.
  • Robust experience in using web analytics tools – specifically Google Analytics, Google Search Console, ahrefs, HubSpot analysis and reporting.
  • Experience in working towards delivering revenue targets and using data and insights to improve performance of campaigns.
  • Experience in writing and editing high quality content for complex, regulated markets and implementing successful lead generation strategies.
