About The Role

Sales Executive
Location: Hybrid working between home & the office (x2 days per week in Bradbury House, 4 Ohio Avenue, Salford, Greater Manchester M50 2GT)
Hours: 35 per week 
Contract type: Permanent 
Salary: £21,840 to £22,219 per annum (DOE)
Bonus: £300 home working allowance and commission on sales (£3,500 per year on-target earning)

What will a day in the life of a Sales Executive involve?

  • Introduce and promote our products and services to potential customers
  • Engage potential customers in meaningful conversations to understand their needs
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our product/service offerings
  • Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
  • Deliver a professional service that builds trust with our customers.
  • Support a variety of administration tasks that ensure customers receive a seamless service.
  • Achieving targets and KPI's 

To be a successful Sales Executive, what will you need?

  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
  • Strong persuasive and negotiation abilities to effectively close sales and overcome objections.
  • Proficient computer skills, including experience with productivity software (e.g. Microsoft Office). - Familiarity with customer relationship management (CRM) systems and sales tools
  • To be self-motivated and target-driven, with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
