Service Coordinator - Winter Pressures
Job Location: Princess Royal Hospital, Telford TF1 6TF or Royal Shrewsbury Hospital SY3 8XQ
Hours: 35 per week
Contract Type: Fixed Term Contract Until 31st March 2025
Salary: £22,781 per annum based on 35 hours per week
Full UK driving licence required and access to your own vehicle for business use (business mileage will be reimbursed)

What does a day in the life of a Service Coordinator involve?
- Managing a small team of dedicated staff ensuring the people who need us receive the best possible service.
- Meeting with our service users and assessing their needs, guiding or signposting them to connect with groups or to manage a health condition. You'll help them to lead independent lives and improve their wellbeing.
- Liaising with partnership agencies to promote the service and build meaningful links.
- Producing and maintaining monthly reports.
What do you need to to be a successful Service Coordinator?
- Strong leadership skills and an ability to get the best out of people.
- A good knowledge of Health and Social Care services.
- Ability to deliver clear written and verbal communications.
- IT literacy with a sound working knowledge of Microsoft 365.
