Marketing Manager, Brand Activation

Salary: £36,488 - £39,408 Per Annum based on 35 hours per week

As our Brand Activation Marketing Manager, you will lead on activating and leveraging our brand by supporting key activities throughout the wider organisation. This can range from exhibitions to PR activations, to partnership campaign moments with major partners. Your work will ensure our brand proposition and USP are integrated and impactful to amplify and grow our reach while empowering and supporting teams cross-functionally to use our brand effectively.
Join us in shaping and delivering ambitious, audience-focused engagement strategies across the British Red Cross collaborating with events, PR and partnerships teams as well as ambassadors and retail/product partners on activities and integrating our new "Here for humanity" brand proposition throughout the organisation. You’ll sit within the Marketing and Fundraising Directorate, where you'll help us achieve an annual net income growth of £30 million by 2030. You'll amplify the impact of our vital work.

Wondering about what a day in the life of a Marketing Manager looks like? Here’s what you’ll be delivering:
• Brand amplification: work closely with the wider Marketing, Fundraising and Communications directorate (including Celebrity & PR colleagues), Events, and other parts of the organisation to develop brand amplification opportunities e.g. PR moment, partnership campaigns, branded merchandise.
• Cross-Organisational Collaboration: Working with internal stakeholders, partners and agencies to develop ideas to amplify the British Red Cross brand in line with guidelines, whilst innovating our approach to execute leading ideas which create impact.
• Brand Support: You are a brand ambassador. You’ll promote the brand team and tools, manage internal communications, and respond to brand-related queries.
To be a successful Marketing Manager, you’ll need the following:
• Skill in supporting and delivering multi-channel campaigns and activations.
• Expertise in branding, with strong creative judgment and the ability to empower colleagues in effective brand usage, along with experience in creative development.
• Proficiency in project management, with the capability to coordinate complex schedules.
• Experience in managing multiple internal and external stakeholders.
• Experience in embedding and integrating brand principles across various activities.
• Competence in evaluating marketing activities, driving improvements, and providing actionable recommendations.
