As our Senior Business Delivery Manager, you’ll be the engine behind our Marketing, Fundraising and Communications Directorate. You’ll work side-by-side with senior leaders to drive strategy, spark collaboration, and keep everything running smoothly. From shaping standout internal comms to leading cross-team projects and pushing for smarter ways of working, you’ll be right at the heart of our mission. What will a day in the life of a Senior Business Delivery Manager involve? You'll be:
- Bringing leaders together by planning and coordinating key forums that drive strategic decision-making.
- Creating engaging content and communications that connect colleagues across the directorate.
- Acting as a trusted partner to senior leaders, offering proactive support and sound judgement.
- Leading cross-directorate projects that align with organisational goals and values.
- Managing and mentoring a high-performing business delivery team to achieve shared success.
- Driving innovation and improvement in how we work, communicate and support each other.
What will you need to be a successful Senior Business Delivery Manager? You'll have:
- A proven ability to build strong relationships and collaborate with senior leaders and stakeholders.
- Excellent time management and prioritisation skills, with a proactive and organised approach.
- Be a confident communicator with strong writing, presentation and creative design skills.
- Be skilled in problem-solving and decision-making, with sound judgement and attention to detail.
- Comfortable using Microsoft 365 tools including SharePoint, PowerPoint, Teams and Power BI.
- A commitment to inclusive practice, with the confidence to challenge discrimination and champion diversity.
