Administrator
Location: Working in our Paisley Offices (PA1 1EA)
Salary Range: £22,932 - £24,211 per annum
Hours: 35 per week (Monday to Friday. Typically 9am - 5pm, but willing to discuss flexibility around start/finish times)

A day in the life of our Administrator:
- Facilities and Front of House: Overseeing mailroom operations to ensure secure and efficient handling of all correspondence. Leading reception services, managing supplies, deliveries, and visitor interactions to maintain a professional and receptive front-of-house experience. Coordinating meeting room usage and proactively resolving facilities issues.
- Customer Service: Providing a customer focused approach to resolving day-to-day service issues and escalations. Working closely with different internal and external stakeholders as a central point of consistent contact.
- Operational Support Services: Owning the full lifecycle of ID card management. Delivering and overseeing document services (printing, scanning etc). Managing administration and fleet correspondence.
- Fleet Administration Support: Completing driver licence checks and recording / distributing fines and other statutory penalty notices. Distribution of log-books. Scheduling vehicles for servicing, maintenance or repair.
To be a successful Administrator:
- You'll need excellent interpersonal and communication skills and have experience of working within an administrative environment.
- You're motivated and highly organised. You've meticulous attention to detail whilst dealing with high volumes of customer activity.
- You’re experienced in managing your own time and workload, and responding to, and prioritising a range of competing demands.
- You have everyday computer skills: IT literate, particularly Microsoft 365.
- You can collect and record a range of information e.g. statistics, user feedback.
