Location: UK Flexible (occasional travel to London and other UK locations)

A day in the life of our Quality Partner
Our Quality Partner will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operation of the quality management system for UK refugee, asylum seeker and migrant support related services and activities. You’ll be responsible for providing expert advice, promote a safe and compliant culture, and share learning and best practice to equip our people to meet the required standards.

Your expertise will help derive, implement and manage quality standards that are in line with regulations and requirements for all UK refugee, asylum seeker and migrant support related services and activities. 

With a passion for quality and a strong customer focus you’ll act as primary point of contact for advice, guidance and best practice. Working with UK Operations Displacement and Migration services, you’ll identify areas of continuous quality improvement. Working in close conjunction with the Head of Quality, you’ll develop and drive adoption of policies, procedures, systems, and tools to support a standard operating model / standard process adherence across UK refugee, asylum seeker and migrant support related services and activities.
 
You’ll act as a subject matter expert for specific quality improvement projects and will work collaboratively to coproduce solutions. You’ll provide oversight to ensure quality related incidents and near misses, related to the practice of refugee, asylum seeker and migrant support related activities, are effectively resolved and learning is actioned.
 
This role might be for you if you have
  • A sound understanding of quality management systems (including continuous improvement principles and internal assurance practice).
  • Knowledge of the regulatory environment related to the work of UK refugee, asylum seeker and migrant support.
  • Ability to work to deadlines in a dynamic environment, often with changing and competing priorities. Ability to manage a varied workload. 
  • Good analytical skills to identify quality themes and risks and make recommendations to support improvement solutions.
  • Ability to engage, liaise, influence and negotiate with a broad range of stakeholders and maintain effective working relationships.
  • Great communication and collaboration skills. Confidence when communicating to different audiences and when persuading or influencing decision makers.
