Job Title: Senior Planning and Performance Manager
Location: London Moorgate, Hybrid Home and Office
Salary: £46,925 to £52,602 per annum pro rata (Plus ILW if applicable)
Hours: 35 per week
Contract Type: 12 Months Fixed Term Contract (Maternity Leave)
Could you drive strategy, planning and performance for the Marketing, Fundraising and Communications team at the British Red Cross?

Can you collaborate with stakeholders at all levels, bringing energy and drive to our strategic planning, to ensure we are set up to deliver our mission?

What will a Senior Planning and Performance Manager's job involve?
- Design, deliver and iterate planning processes within Marketing and Fundraising to ensure strategic and portfolio plans are in place.
- Collaborate with colleagues in Marketing and Fundraising to ensure plans meet organisational requirements.
- Maintain a holistic performance dashboard to meaningfully summarise the most pertinent metrics, to evaluate performance and enable key decision making.
- Lead stakeholders of all levels in the discussion of performance, and adaptive planning.
- Work closely with senior leadership and the Data, Insight and Evaluation team to embed a performance led culture.
What will a Senior Planning and Performance Manager need to be successful?
- Extensive computer skills (advanced Excel), and the ability to produce reports, spreadsheets and PowerPoint presentations.
- Ability to research, assimilate and analyse written and financial information quickly and accurately.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to present to all levels and tailor content to the appropriate audience.
- Ability to work under pressure, to tight deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Excellent planning, project management and felicitation skills.
- Good understanding and experience of marketing and fundraising, including multi-channel communications.
- Experience of business planning, strategic planning, and implementation.
- Experience of budgeting as part of a wider planning process.
- Experience of corporate / organisational performance & project management.
