Ecommerce Team Leader (Fashion Product Team)
Location: Winsford, Cheshire (on site)
Salary: £23,769 per annum
Hours: 35 per week (Monday to Friday)
Contract: Permanent

Join our fabulous retail team in Winsford and coordinate the sale of pre-loved fashion and donated goods on the Red Cross eBay site. Not only will you be increasing our income, but you'll also help to enhance our customer base. Are you ready to make a difference and help support our mission?

Wondering about a day in the life of an Ecommerce Team Leader?
- You will motivate a team of staff and volunteers whilst supporting the running of the Ecommerce operation.
- You will carry out the end to end process including receiving products, photographing them, researching pricing, listing and despatching.
- You will ensure inventory management and rotation are looked after efficiently and effectively.
- You will lead team huddles to ensure profits are maximised and best possible service is provided to customers.
To be a successful Ecommerce Team Leader:
- Do you have experience and knowledge of buying and selling on online auction and sales sites? Do you understand the functionality of the sites?
- Are you a strong communicator who knows how to draft compelling listings to ensure maximum attraction?
- Are you a confident IT user and are competent taking photographs which display items at their best?
- Do you know how to showcase items in the most creative manner?
- Do you recognise value in pre-owned fashion and can make their value shine through?
- Team management experience.
